The City of Calgary is in the "Engagement" stage or the Chinook Local Area Plan (LAP). This plan will inform the Planning and Development decisions of the City of Calgary Council for the next 30 years. The plan currently proposes many areas in Elboya and Britannia that would be appropriate for large-scale growth.

Please take this opportunity to provide constructive comments to the City, particularly on the proposed focus areas for growth in our communities and appropriate building scales (heights/number of storeys) and uses (residential, commercial, industrial, mixed use, etc.).
