The City of Calgary is inviting you to connect with the project team to discuss the final draft Chinook Communities Local Area Plan and ask any questions that you may have before the proposed Plan heads to Infrastructure and Planning Committee for review and decision (tentatively scheduled for February 12, 2025).

Location: Elboya Britannia Community Association (416 Park Avenue S.W.)

Dates: There are multiple dates available to chat with the project team in November, December and January.

Times: You can register for any of these 50-minute time slots available on all dates listed above:

• 3 – 3:50 p.m.

• 4 – 4:50 p.m.

• 5 – 5:50 p.m.

• 6 – 6:50 p.m.

Here are a few additional things to keep in mind:

• Capacity is limited to 10 persons per slot to ensure everyone has time to chat directly with the project team.

• The conversation series is an informal setting. Feel free to come in anytime within your scheduled time slot.
