The City of Calgary is inviting you to connect with the project team to chat about the draft Chinook Communities Local Area Plan, get any questions that you may have answered and discuss next steps.

Location: Meadowlark Park Community Association (623 58 Ave S.W.)

Dates: Tuesday, September 3, 2024 or Thursday, September 12, 2024.

Available Time Slots: You can register for any of these 50-minute time slots available on both dates:

• 3 – 3:50 p.m.

• 4 – 4:50 p.m.

• 5 – 5:50 p.m.

• 6 – 6:50 p.m.

Here are a few additional things to keep in mind:

• Capacity is limited to 10 persons per slot to ensure everyone has time to chat directly with the project team.

• The conversation series is an informal setting. Feel free to come in anytime within your scheduled time slot.
